1. Eligibility#

This promotion is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Open to verified Floatin users
• Only listings created for rental are eligible — items listed for sale are not eligible for this promotion
• Maximum of 3 qualifying rental listings per user ($30 total credit)
• One promotional account per person/household

2. Earning Credits#

To earn promotional credits, your listing must meet all of the following requirements:

• Listing must be created for rental (sale-only listings are not eligible)
• Listing must include at least 5 photos showing the item clearly
• Listing must have a complete and accurate description
• Item must comply with Floatin's Acceptable Use Policy
• Listing must be approved by Floatin moderation team
• Duplicate or substantially similar listings do not qualify
• Credit will be applied to your account within 48 hours of listing approval

3. Using Credits#

Credits are automatically applied when you make a booking:

• Credits are automatically applied for applicable rentals during payment
• Credits are applied to your total after the booking fee is calculated
• Example: $115 total booking price, minus $10 credit = $105 you pay
• Credits are applied proportionally based on booking amount:
  • $20 credit + $150 booking = $10 credit applied
  • $20 credit + $200 booking = full $20 credit applied
• Minimum booking value of $100 per $10 credit:
  • $10 credit requires minimum $100 booking
  • $20 credit requires minimum $200 booking
  • $30 credit requires minimum $300 booking
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Credits cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated

4. Credit Validity#

Promotional credits remain valid under the following conditions:

• Credits remain active while the qualifying listing is active
• Credits are forfeited if the listing is deleted or deactivated by the user

5. Fair Use#

To keep things fair for everyone:

• Cancelling 3+ bookings on a listing voids that listing's credit
• Cancelling 5+ bookings total voids all promotional credits
• Listings must be genuine with real intent to rent
• Floatin reserves the right to revoke credits for any misuse

6. General#

By participating in this promotion, users agree to:

• Floatin's Privacy Policy
• Floatin's Marketplace Terms

6.1 Modification

Floatin reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. Any credits earned before modification will remain valid under their original terms.
